Terms and Conditions

Zijderlaan applies the following terms and conditions in the performance of its activities.

All our activities are subject to the Logistics Service Conditions (LSC) 2014, deposited by FENEX and TLN at the registry of the Rotterdam District Court on April 2, 2014, under number 28/2014.

All transports are carried out for national carriage based on the General Transport Conditions (AVC). These conditions are applied in almost all road transport agreements of Dutch carriers. Cross-border transport is based on the provisions of the CMR Convention.

For the trading company, the sales, delivery, and trade conditions deposited at the Rotterdam District Court apply.

The Physical Distribution (PD) activities are subject to the Physical Distribution Conditions.

The most recent General Transport Conditions deposited at the registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam apply; for international transport, the most recent AVC is additionally applicable to the CMR. For activities to which the above conditions do not apply, the General Payment Conditions of TLN (Transport and Logistics Netherlands), deposited at the registry of the District Court of The Hague on July 2, 2002, under deed number 69/2002, apply.
